Overview

Join our hospitality team as a Room Attendant and help create exceptional guest experiences. You'll maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization. Duties

- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Ensure all public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms are tidy, sanitized, and welcoming for guests
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
- Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and beverages to meet guest needs
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels




- Support team efforts during peak times by helping with additional cleaning tasks or special requests

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles; hotel experience is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and industrial cleaning equipment
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to understand guest needs and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Demonstrated reliability with punctuality and a positive attitude towards hospitality service standards
- Open to work on weekends or weekdays as and when required.
