Overview

As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Assisstant to strengthen our sales operations and support our expanding business.

Responsibilities

- Provide sales support in B2B environment

- Perform daily admin tasks, supporting sales representatives

- Managing sales orders, purchase orders, quotations, inventory search, pricing, and customer information within an ERP system

- Collaborates effectively across Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, and Accounting departments

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy

- Other tasks required by the manager

Skills

- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP system is a strong asset

- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, construction, manufacturing, or distribution is an asset

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy workplace

- Strong attention to detail when working with part numbers,



pricing, quantities, and purchase orders

- Confidence working with numbers, pricing, and margins

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel

- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, solutions-focused mindset

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other team members

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
