We are seeking an energetic and customer focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic retail team. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain organized inventory displays to attract customers and highlight key products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering personalized recommendations
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment, stock counts, and ensuring product availability
- Demonstrate strong communication skills by clearly explaining product details and store policies
- Utilize phone etiquette to assist remote customers or answer inquiries professionally




- Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high service standards

Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is a plus
- Experience with basic math enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are important for managing paper work and dealership inventory.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are vital for engaging with customers effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage time efficiently, and demonstrate proactive problem solving skills

Pay: $18.00 per hour
