The Role:

We’re looking for a Sales Assistant who is eager to start a career in automotive sales. This is an opportunity to learn the business from the ground up while supporting our Sales Team and developing the skills needed to grow into a Sales Consultant role.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with vehicles, customers, the sales process, and dealership operations while working alongside an experienced team. Automotive sales experience is an asset, but it’s not required—we’re willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do:

- Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression
- Support the Sales Team throughout the customer journey
- Learn our new and pre-owned vehicle lineup and develop product knowledge
- Assist with incoming customer inquiries and sales leads
- Help prepare vehicles for customer deliveries
- Assist with vehicle presentations, test drives, and customer appointments
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM
- Assist with sales paperwork and other administrative responsibilities
- Help maintain an organized and professional sales environment
- Work with the Sales, Finance, Service, and Delivery teams to create a seamless customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and develop the skills needed to progress into a Product Advisor role

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

- No automotive sales experience required—we provide training and mentorship
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and varying schedules as required to support customer needs

Sales Assistant Sales Consultant Sales Leadership

As you develop your product knowledge, customer service skills, and understanding of the sales process, you’ll have the opportunity to take on increased responsibility and work toward becoming a Sales Consultant.

Phase 1 – Sales Assistant (hourly): Learn the lineup, support the sales team, greet customers, prep vehicles for delivery, handle paperwork and incoming leads.

Phase 2 – Sales Trainee (hourly + early commission): Start working your own customers with a mentor — test drives, presenting numbers, closing your first deals.

Phase 3 – Sales Consultant (full commission, uncapped with goal of earning $100,000 per year): Run your own pipeline and earn on every vehicle you deliver.
