Are you passionate about helping people improve their daily mobility and quality of life? We are a premier orthopaedic and comfort shoe store specializing in high-quality footwear, off-the-shelf medical bracing, and compression stockings.
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will blend exceptional customer service with product expertise to recommend, fit, and sell specialized orthopaedic products. Whether you come from a footwear retail background or a healthcare field, we provide fully paid training to ensure your success.
This role requires day time hours, not suitable for a student.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Expert Fittings
- Personalized Consultations: Engage with customers to understand their mobility needs and provide expert advice on orthopaedic footwear, bracing, and compression stockings.
- Fit & Function: Conduct proper fittings to ensure every customer walks away with the right product for their comfort and health.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside team members to maintain an inviting, warm, and supportive store environment.
1. Store & Clinical Operations
- Clinic Support: Book appointments for patients and provide administrative support for our clinical staff.
- Inventory Management: Receive shipments, stock shelves, organize displays, and manage product ordering.
- Physical Maintenance: Maintain store cleanliness and organization. Please note:
This position requires staying on your feet for most of your shift and comfortably lifting/carrying shoe boxes and inventory.
1. Cashier & Customer Relations
- Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently and accurately process payments, returns, and exchanges.
- Lasting Impressions: Ensure excellent customer relations from the moment a guest walks in until they leave the store.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in footwear retail sales and/or the healthcare/medical goods field is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional English oral and written communication skills are essential for interacting with both patients and clinical staff.
- Learner's Mindset: A willingness to stay informed on the latest footwear technology, compression garments, and medical products.
- Attributes: Empathetic, detail-oriented, reliable, and a true team player.

Hours: Friday 3:00 - 7:30 and Saturday 11:00 - 3:30 Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 9.0 per week
