Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, health, and nutrition with knowledge and enthusiasm to inspire others on their wellness journey.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and promoting our products through engaging product demonstrations. This role requires proficiency in cash handling and the ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Must have availability during store hours; Monday-Friday 10am-9pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 11am-6pm for flexible hours within those time slot.

Responsibilities





- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for cash handling and transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

Experience

- Previous knowledge in supplement products is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Solid communication skills are essential for interacting with diverse customer groups.
- Customer service/retail experience is preferred.
- Fitness knowledge preferred
