We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Scaffolding Supervisors for an upcoming long‑term maintenance contract in Edmonton, Alberta. This is a full‑time, Monday to Friday position supporting safe, reliable, and efficient execution of daily scaffolding operations across multi-site industrial utility facilities. Additional hours and flexibility in work schedules maybe required for coverage of unplanned maintenance and shutdown activities.

You will be required to:

- Oversee daily scaffolding activities, ensuring safe and compliant execution




- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet schedule requirements
- Conduct inspections, hazard assessments, and quality checks
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight for scaffolders
- Interface with client representatives, planners, and other trades
- Maintain accurate documentation, permits, and scaffold tags
- Uphold Altrad’s safety culture and contribute to continuous improvement

About you

- You’re a confident communicator who builds trust quickly, understands industrial operations and client needs, and consistently drives opportunities from first conversation to contract award
- Journeyperson Scaffolder or equivalent experience
- Proven supervisory experience in industrial maintenance environments
- Strong knowledge of OH&S; legislation and CSA scaffold standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multi‑trade setting
- Strong understanding of industrial utility facilities, maintenance programs, and turnaround/shutdown environments
- Proficient with using computers and Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving,



and presentation skills
- Ability to travel within the Edmonton city areas
