Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on operator to manage the movement and upkeep of our scooter fleet across the city. This is a field role focused on repositioning scooters, swapping batteries, and handling basic repairs to keep the fleet running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up and redistribute scooters across designated zones in the city

- Perform battery swaps on-site and ensure scooters are charged and ready for use

- Monitor fleet locations using a mobile app and follow dispatch instructions

- Inspect scooters for damage, safety issues, or low performance

- Perform basic maintenance (e.g., brake adjustments, tire changes, minor part replacements)

- Load and unload scooters safely from a truck or van

- Report issues, damages, or missing units in real time

- Maintain organization and cleanliness of equipment and vehicle

Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of driving history with a valid driver’s license

- Comfortable driving a truck or similar vehicle in city conditions

- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs repeatedly

- Must own and confidently use a smartphone for apps, navigation, and communication

- Basic mechanical skills (experience with bikes, scooters, or small equipment is a strong asset)

- Strong time management and ability to work independently

- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Pay: $16.17-$22.00 per hour
