Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Seamstress to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sewing and an eye for detail, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship in every piece. This role requires proficiency in various sewing techniques and the ability to work with different fabrics and materials. As a Seamstress, you will play a crucial role in our production process, contributing to the creation of garments and other textile products.

Duties

- Operate sewing machines and other equipment to stitch, hem, and finish garments according to specifications.
- Perform alterations and repairs on existing garments as needed (pinning and measurements).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
- Professionally handle store front inquiries and phone inquiries as necessary to assist customers





Experience

- Must have previous alterations experience
- Must be experienced and confident in handling all types of alterations, including everyday clothing, suits, and bridal gowns
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of various sewing techniques, fabrics, and materials is essential.
- Ability to operate industrial sewing machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
