As part of the Thermea Spa Village team, you will ensure smooth operations at various kiosk locations during the busy holiday season. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities will include training kiosk agents, managing inventory, and addressing any challenges that arise throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities: • Coach and train kiosk agents effectively • Report on daily operations and staffing issues • Handle unexpected events and staffing changes • Manage inventories and order supplies • Serve as a resource for kiosk agents in office

Requirements: • Degree in hospitality, tourism, or relevant experience • At least one year of leadership experience required • Excellent problem-solving and people skills • Strong MS Office proficiency • Willingness to travel between various kiosk locations
