We are seeking a Seasonal Net Wash Technicians to join the Mowi Canada East Team at our Net Shop Facility in Penfield. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Net Wash Technician is responsible to ensure all aquaculture nets are washed and inspected according to company policy.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

- Wash nets using high pressure cleaning system
- Fleeting nets for disinfection
- Promotes a positive work culture
- Communicates with other team members to ensure safety of all staff is maintained.
- Adheres to company policies and values
- All other duties as required

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

- Previous experience with washing and fleeing of nets is considered and asset
- Excellent attendance record
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers




- Demonstrated ability to follow procedures and processes with a keen attention to detail
- Highly motivated and driven toward continuous process improvement
- Able to work outside including some adverse weather conditions
- Physically demanding, ability to stand for long periods of time

- Wages starting at $20.60 per hour.
- Overtime paid after 44 hours per week
