Certification Selected candidates will be supported to complete BST certification as well as obtain their BC Security Worker License once the training program is available. Guardteck will help you through the process so you can launch your security career with confidence and credibility. What You’ll Do Provide a skilled security presence at assigned sites Conduct foot patrols and observe assigned areas Monitor access points and report irregularities Engage professionally with tenants, visitors, and the public Respond to alarms, incidents,



and safety concerns Complete basic incident reports and daily logs Interact with supervisors and site teams to support site safety What We’re Looking For Experience in customer service or other public-facing environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable spending time on your feet and engaging with the public Willingness to complete BST certification and obtain a BC Security Worker License Professional appearance and conduct Reliable transportation depending on the site location No prior security license or experience is required.
