Job Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the property, preventing theft, and maintaining a secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets. This role requires a professional with a keen eye for detail, excellent observation skills, and a solid commitment to safety protocols.

Duties

- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks.
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to oversee activity within and around the premises.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or alarms, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and observations.
- Enforce access control procedures by checking identification and issuing visitor passes.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious behavior and intervening when appropriate.




- Conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and staff in a professional manner.

Skills

- Prior experience or background in law enforcement is highly desirable.
- Strong surveillance skills with proficiency in operating CCTV systems.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques to minimize theft and vandalism.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to identify suspicious activity quickly.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively.
