Overview

We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing medical cosmetic and beauty clinic as an independent practitioner.

This is an opportunity to run your own massage therapy business while working alongside a cosmetic nurse, medical esthetician, and lash professional with 8+ years of experience.

Our team has over 16 combined years of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry, and we are looking to create a collaborative environment where independent professionals can support and refer clients to one another.

If you are an established RMT looking for a professional location, or you're building your clientele and want greater exposure, this could be an excellent opportunity to grow your business without working completely on your own.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional massage therapy treatments based on individual client needs
- Complete appropriate client assessments and treatment documentation




- Develop individualized treatment plans within your scope of practice
- Educate clients regarding appropriate aftercare and self-care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment room
- Clean and disinfect your treatment area and equipment between every client
- Replace and properly manage linens and supplies
- Clean up after every appointment
- Ensure clients follow clinic procedures, including changing outdoor footwear and using complimentary slippers during winter months
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Manage your own bookings, payments, pricing, supplies, and clientele

Requirements
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body
- Professional liability insurance
- Current certifications required to practice
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused
- Ability to work independently and manage your own business
