PilotPractice is the growth platform for medical practices. We run the whole patient-acquisition stack for over 120 clinics across North America: websites and landing pages, Google and Meta ads, online booking connected directly to the practice's EHR, AI chat and voice agents, and reporting that shows the doctor what it all produced. Most of our clients are plastic surgeons, med spas, dentists, and specialty clinics.

They hire us because they want more patients and don't want to think about marketing again.

We're a small, senior team that moves fast and ships a lot. AI does much of the routine work in our operation, so the people here spend their time on judgment, relationships, and results.

The role

You'll own a book of 40 to 60 medical practices and be the person each of them trusts. You make sure every client is getting results, knows it, and stays. When something goes wrt. When something goes right, you make sure the doctorhears about it.

This is a senior seat. You'll work directly with the founder and the specialists, and you'll be expected to make calls on your accounts without waiting for someone to tell you wha

What you'll do

- Own the relationship with 40 to 60 practices, from onboarding through renewal.
- Run onboarding for current clients so they see results in their first 30 days.




- Hold regular check-ins with practice owners and ofhrough results, and set the next priorities.
- Spot churn risk early and act on it. You'll be measured on retention across your book.
- Translate client feedback into clear, prioritized requests for our ads, web, and product teams, then close the loop with the client when it ships.
- Lead renewal and upsell conversations.
- Keep every account's status current in our dashboaemory.

Who does well here

- 4 or more years in account management or client suy, SaaS company, or healthcare services business.
- You've carried a book of 30 or more accounts and o
- You're comfortable with doctors and office managerera, including when the news isn't good.
- You read a Google Ads report or a booking funnel and know what to ask next. You don't need to run campaigns, but you need to understand what the specialists are telling you.
- You write clearly and fast. Most client communication here is written.
- You're organized under volume and don't let things slip.
- Healthcare marketing, med spa, dental, or aesthetics experience is a strong plus.
