We are looking for a Staff Agentic AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, NLP, or applied machine learning to help evolve our agentic AI platform into the marketing, sales, and top-of-funnel space.

You’ll join an innovation-focused team at a company that already powers millions of customer interactions each month for leading brands. As we expand beyond customer engagement into sales and marketing automation, you’ll play a key role in defining and building the next generation of AI-powered marketing capabilities.

This is a highly hands-on, exploratory role with significant technical ownership. You’ll spend approximately 60% of your time developing and experimenting with new AI capabilities and 40% taking successful concepts into production.

Required qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, NLP, or a closely related AI/ML discipline. Candidates with a strong data science, ML, or NLP background are preferred over candidates whose experience is primarily traditional software engineering.
- Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Adobe Analytics, or comparable MarTech/customer-data platforms.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience applying AI/ML to marketing or customer data, such as personalization, lead scoring, customer journey analytics, recommendations, segmentation, or marketing optimization.
- Hands-on experience building applications with LangGraph, LangChain,

or comparable agent orchestration frameworks.
- Robust Python programming skills and experience developing production-quality AI/ML systems.
- Practical experience with RAG, embeddings, vector retrieval, knowledge graphs, and/or knowledge-grounded generation.
- Strong understanding of modern LLM architectures, agentic patterns, prompt engineering, retrieval, evaluation, and observability.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience designing LLM evaluation frameworks, including LLM-as-judge, automated quality evaluation, benchmarking, and regression testing.
- Experience with agent observability and production diagnostics, including tracing, latency analysis, failure analysis, and quality monitoring.
- Experience integrating with MarTech platforms such as Contentful, Tealium, Sitecore, or similar ecosystems.
- Experience building recommendation, personalization, or next-best-action systems.
- Familiarity with graph databases, ontology design, entity resolution, or other approaches to representing complex product and customer relationships.
- Experience taking experimental AI/ML systems from prototype through production deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify high-value problems and turn emerging AI capabilities into practical product opportunities.

Please note: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent applications. Any candidate found to have provided false information, Misrepresented or fabricated work experience, Falsified educational credentials, Fake or altered identification documents, Fraudulent visa or work authorization documents, Impersonation or proxy interviews, will be immediately disqualified from the hiring process.
