Senior Brand Designer

Studio Lazuli is looking for a senior freelance designer to collaborate with us on upcoming projects.

We’re a small, design-led studio working across brand, campaigns, packaging, digital, hospitality, objects, environments, and visual culture.

We’re looking for someone with a really robust eye who can take a thought and turn it into something considered, beautiful, and a little unexpected. Someone who can work independently, has opinions, knows the difference between almost there and actually good, and doesn’t need a ton of hand-holding.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work closely alongside the team across a mix of projects, including:

- Brand identities and visual systems
- Campaign concepts and rollouts
- Packaging and print
- Digital and social
- Presentations and creative decks
- Motion, animation, and moving brand assets
- 3D modelling and rendering
- Product, object, and environment visualizations
- Production and final artwork

What we're looking for





- 5+ years of design experience
- A strong graphic design foundation and genuinely good taste
- Excellent typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Strong animation and motion design experience
- Strong 3D modelling and rendering skills
- Proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or another 3D program
- Strong Figma skills
- A portfolio that shows great graphic design, motion, and 3D
- Someone who can take a brief and run with it
- Someone comfortable giving and receiving feedback
- Someone who is organized, communicative, and reliable with deadlines

This is a freelance, project-based, remote role with potential for ongoing collaboration.
