Title: Senior Business Analyst

As a senior business systems analyst, you’re the orchestrator between business needs and technical delivery. You’ll own the complete requirements lifecycle on medium to large-scale projects—from discovery through validation—while managing competing priorities, resolving blockers in real-time, and keeping stakeholders aligned under pressure. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes despite tight deadlines.

Daily Responsibilities:

Requirements &

- Discovery

- Define the business analysis approach, tasks, and deliverables aligned with project and delivery methodology

- Perform stakeholder analysis to identify impacted groups and map their requirements

- Facilitate collaborative discovery sessions with large, diverse business stakeholder groups

- Apply advanced elicitation techniques to extract requirements from complex stakeholder environments

- Lead requirements prioritization using proven frameworks to align on business priorities

Project Management &

- Problem-Solving

- Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints; communicate proactively with key parties

- Resolve blockers and dependencies that impact delivery timelines

- Manage multiple competing projects and deadlines with expert time management

- Work independently and take full ownership of complex initiatives

Testing &

- Quality Assurance

- Analyze and document detailed business and system solution requirements using enterprise standards

- Perform solution testing to validate requirements are met and quality standards are achieved

- Build and maintain reusable requirements documentation repository for future initiatives

Communication &





- Stakeholder Engagement

- Provide ongoing communication support to keep stakeholders informed and aligned

- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and confidence

- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences

What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves)

- Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in requirements management on large, complex projects

- Technical Skills: Expertise in requirements planning, prioritization, stakeholder analysis, and effort estimation; proficiency with Waterfall, Iterative, and/or Agile methodologies

- Analytical Capability: Proven experience working with datasets and data analysis

- Core Competencies: Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Forms, Sharepoint and other collaboration tools

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; expert organizational and time management abilities

- Work Style: Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive under pressure with competing deadlines

What Sets You Apart (Nice-to-Haves)

- Knowledge of Palo Alto’s XSOAR system

- Experience in the financial services industry

- Physical Security and Cybersecurity domain knowledge or project experience

- Advanced facilitation and consensus-building skills

- Exposure to enterprise architecture or solution design methodologies
