Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Business Integration, the Senior Estimator, Pricing & Systems, is responsible to provide accurate and competitive estimating across a diverse range of print and graphics projects, including Large Format Digital (LFD), Small Format Digital (SFD), and Lithographic (Litho) production

Key Responsibilities

Estimating & RFQ Management

- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for LFD, SFD and Litho projects.
- Review specifications, production requirements, materials, finishing, outside services and other cost components to determine the most appropriate production method.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Large Format Digital production and finishing, including substrates, mounting, laminating, I-cutting, CNC and other common finishing processes.
- Evaluate alternative production methods and recommend cost-effective solutions where appropriate.
- Prepare and respond to customer RFQs, including complex or multi-component opportunities.
- Review RFQ documentation, specifications and pricing requirements to ensure submissions are complete and accurate.
- Work with Sales, Planning, Production, Purchasing and other departments to clarify specifications and develop appropriate costing.
- Obtain and incorporate outside supplier pricing when required.
- Support high-volume and time-sensitive estimating requirements while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Pricing & Rate Card Management

- Assist with the development, maintenance and updating of customer-specific price grids and rate cards, particularly for large or complex customer programs.
- Review costing assumptions and pricing structures to ensure rate cards remain current and operationally practical.




- Maintain supporting calculations, pricing models and documentation.
- Assist with periodic reviews of customer pricing against current materials, labour, equipment and outside-service costs.
- Support the development of standardized pricing tools and calculators where appropriate.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to work confidently with formulas, lookups, structured data and pricing models.

Previous experience maintaining rate cards or pricing programs for large customers is strongly preferred. MIS & Estimating Systems The successful candidate will have an interest in supporting TI Group's estimating and pricing systems.

Responsibilities may include

- Supporting the maintenance of estimating-system data, costing parameters, pricing tables and related information.
- Assisting with testing and implementation of estimating-system changes.
- Identifying system or workflow issues and working with internal stakeholders to improve them.
- Maintaining documentation relating to estimating and pricing processes.
- Supporting data integrity and consistency within estimating systems.
- Becoming a power user and internal resource for estimating-related system functionality.

Experience maintaining, administering or supporting print MIS/estimating systems such as ePace, Logic,



Technique or similar platforms will be given priority Qualifications & Experience Required

- Significant experience in commercial print estimating, preferably in a senior estimator capacity.
- Demonstrated experience estimating LFD, SFD and Lithographic work.
- Strong knowledge of print manufacturing processes, materials and production methods.
- Strong working knowledge of Large Format Digital finishing processes.
- Experience reviewing and responding to customer RFQs.
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Sales, Production, Planning, Purchasing and other departments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred / Priority Qualifications Candidates with one or more of the following will receive additional consideration:

- Experience developing or maintaining customer rate cards, price grids or contract pricing, particularly for large accounts.
- Experience maintaining or administering a print MIS or estimating system, including ePace, Logic, Technique or comparable systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience developing costing models, calculators or workflow tools.
- Experience with Large Format Digital.
- Experience improving estimating or production workflows.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar platforms to improve business processes, analysis, documentation or productivity.
- Experience reviewing or validating production costing and pricing.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
