Senior Implementation Consultant | Toronto | Hybrid

We're working with a growing technology business looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to join their team in Toronto.

This is a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of finance, technology, data and client delivery, working with mid-market , enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.

The Role

You'll take ownership of complex implementations from scoping → solution design → data integration → configuration → go-live → client enablement.

You'll be:

- Leading end-to-end software implementations
- Translating complex finance requirements into practical technology solutions
- Designing and building budgeting, forecasting and reporting models
- Managing multiple workstreams, timelines and client stakeholders
- Working directly with CFOs, FP&A; leaders and senior finance teams
- Overseeing large-scale financial data migration and integrations
- Using databases, ETL workflows and AI-enabled tools to improve delivery
- Training and enabling clients to get maximum value from the platform
- Feeding customer insights back to Product & Engineering

About you





We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on with technology but equally comfortable in front of senior clients.

You'll ideally have:

- 4–5+ years' experience in consulting, skilled services, systems analysis or software implementation
- Experience with financial systems, CPM/EPM, BI or data warehousing
- Strong understanding of accounting, financial statements or FP&A;
- Strong Excel modelling skills
- Experience with relational databases, data schemas or ETL
- Experience integrating ERP/accounting systems
- Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter and improve delivery
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills

Location: Toronto, ON — Hybrid, 2 days per week

Salary: CAD $100,000–$120,000 + bonus + benefits
