INDIKOR builds cloud-based, ERP-connected software for window and door businesses — helping them sell more, spend less, and run leaner, all behind a simple, intuitive interface. We've been in software since 2006 and building for this industry since 2010.

The role

We're looking for a senior engineer to lead the technical direction of our mature, actively used manufacturing platform (ASP.NET Core, Angular, MS SQL, AWS). This isn't greenfield: you'll ship new backend capability and shape the platform's architecture, while steadily modernising the system you inherit.

Our biggest initiative is EDI — turning today's order/document exchange with customers and suppliers into a scalable, standards-based integration platform. If you've built EDI capability, not just consumed it, this is real ownership.

What you'll do

- Own backend architecture: API design, service boundaries, data modelling, integration patterns
- Lead the EDI/B2B integration roadmap — partner onboarding, document mapping, transport, monitoring
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers
- Drive incremental refactoring: consolidate dependencies, decompose oversized components, add test coverage where it matters most




- Design and operate AWS services (containers, queues, storage) as infrastructure-as-code
- Build backend features in ASP.NET Core, contributing to Angular as needed
- Own production issues end-to-end, fixing root causes rather than symptoms
- Run code reviews and keep the team aligned on standards and Agile practice

What you'll need

- 10+ years in software development, with strong backend/architecture experience
- Strong C# / .NET Core, including service-oriented or modular architecture design
- Hands-on EDI experience: ANSI X12 and/or EDIFACT, common transaction sets, AS2/SFTP/VAN, partner onboarding and mapping
- Robust SQL Server and RESTful API design
- Proficiency with AWS, Docker (ECS/Fargate or EKS), and IaC (Terraform or equivalent)
- Experience with ERP, MES, or WMS systems and manufacturing operations (BOMs, routings, work orders, traceability)
- Git and Azure DevOps for CI/CD
- A track record of architecting and refactoring large, long-lived codebases, and leading small Agile teams

Nice to have: JavaScript/Angular (v14+) experience, and comfort reviewing front-end code.
