Senior Product Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and help build next-generation banking and financial products. This role involves working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality B2B2C fintech solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in fintech, payments, or banking products, and has worked on mobile and web applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Support

- Own and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals

- Gather requirements and create clear specifications for engineering teams

- Write user stories, manage the product backlog, and prioritize sprint work

- Define and track KPIs and product success metrics

- Work with external partners to integrate third-party services

- Identify and remove business-level roadblocks for delivery teams





- Support issue resolution by working closely with customer support

- Conduct user research and analyze product analytics to improve features

- Document requirements, release notes, and product updates

Required Qualifications

- 8–10 years of experience in Product Management

- Proven experience managing fintech, payments, or banking products

- Experience working on B2B2C platforms

- Strong experience with mobile and web applications

- Ability to understand technical concepts and work closely with engineering teams

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Robust prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing demands

- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in established fintech or payments environments

- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
