Duties

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify reliable vendors and secure competitive pricing for materials and services
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP to streamline purchasing workflows
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with suppliers to maximize value while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering to forecast needs and align procurement priorities
- Monitor vendor performance through regular evaluations, ensuring compliance with quality, delivery, and service expectations
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders,



and supply chain documentation for transparency and audit readiness
- Support the implementation of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste

Requirements

- Proven experience in procurement within a manufacturing or supply chain setting
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms for procurement management
- Familiarity with sourcing strategies, vendor management, and negotiation techniques
- Understanding of pricing models, supply chain processes, and inventory control principles
- Ability to analyze data related to procurement activities including pricing trends and supplier performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and how procurement impacts production efficiency is highly desirable

Pay: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
