We're recruiting for two Senior Programmer Analysts (Level 3) to support ongoing Microsoft Power Platform development. Our client is undertaking a multi-year business application transformation, building an enterprise CRM on Microsoft's Power Platform to replace legacy systems and consolidate client management and application processes across multiple programs. These roles will deliver several high-priority modernization projects over a three-year engagement, working above and beyond the team's current development capacity.

What You'll Do

- Funding Agreement Signature Online – implement an online digital signature capability integrated with Dynamics and the client portal, improving efficiency and client experience
- Snapshot Portal Development – develop and deploy a new portal module that automatically informs clients and lets them complete post-project reporting requirements, reducing manual effort for development and operations teams
- Platform Upgrade – migrate and upgrade an existing client-facing platform to a new environment with enhanced performance, security, and scalability
- Bulk Project Cancellation Process – automate and optimize an existing manual cancellation process to improve operational efficiency and reduce error rates
- SharePoint Integration with Dynamics – streamline document management and workflow processes between SharePoint and Dynamics to improve data consistency and reduce manual intervention
- General System Improvements – address ongoing performance, security, and usability enhancements across the Dynamics and Portal ecosystem

Required Qualifications




- A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform applications
- Demonstrated experience customizing entities, forms, views, and dashboards
- Demonstrated experience implementing workflows, business rules, and process flows
- Demonstrated experience developing Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate flows
- Demonstrated experience writing client-side JavaScript for form validation and business logic
- Demonstrated experience extending Dynamics 365 functionality using C# plugins and custom workflow activities
- Demonstrated experience with data migration and integration tools such as KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, or Power Automate
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivering user stories
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) in the Power Platform, including Azure DevOps pipelines and solution packaging for multi-environment deployments
- Eligible to obtain and hold a government security clearance (Reliability Status or higher)

Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Power Platform Developer Associate, Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM or ERP), or Power Platform App Maker Associate
- Robust understanding of the Dynamics 365 security model, authentication methods (Azure AD, MFA, conditional access), and role-based security
- Knowledge of Power BI integration for reporting and analytics
- Understanding of Dataverse schema and relationships between entities
- Familiarity with multi-tenant CRM implementations and scaling strategies
- Knowledge of public sector enterprise IT standards, including accessibility (WCAG/WET), is an asset

Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills to provide demos, documentation, and training to business users
- Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional Agile teams

Engagement Details
- Contract length: 3 years from contract award, with a potential 1-year optional extension
- Location: Remote
- Language: English (mandatory)
- Security clearance: valid government security clearance (Reliability Status or higher) required

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
