Title: Senior Project Coordinator (PCO)

Location: Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Duration: 6 Months

Salary Range: CAD55-60/hr. Inc Introduction The AML Technology PMO is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support a complex portfolio of technology initiatives. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working across multiple workstreams, managing competing priorities, and supporting large-scale enterprise technology programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7-10 years of Project Coordination or PMO experience.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and PDLC methodologies.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Client Office skills.
- Prior work experience in the financial services industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Experience building dashboards and executive reporting.
- Financial services experience preferred.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities





- Support a portfolio of 15 active projects.
- Coordinate project governance activities.
- Maintain project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Create management dashboards and status reports.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and follow-ups.
- Support project intake and demand management activities.
- Assist Project Managers in delivery execution.
- Partner with business and technology teams to ensure alignment.
- Support SDLC and PDLC governance processes.
