Job Summary: Seeking a Senior Quality Analyst with a strong background in software development and testing, along with experience in the banking domain, particularly commercial lending. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills to support teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Experience with Loan IQ and OLBB is a plus. The candidate should also have the ability to read and write French.

Responsibilities Lead and manage software development projects from planning through completion. Conduct software testing with a focus on accessibility and functionality. Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.

Communicate project updates, issues, and concerns with stakeholders. Mentor and guide junior team members and support a team-oriented work environment. Ensure software delivery meets quality standards and project timelines.





Stay current with software development, testing, and banking industry practices.

Required Skills Strong experience in software testing and quality assurance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and write French. Extensive banking domain experience, particularly in commercial lending. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

Experience in software development and testing.

Experience with project management.

Preferred Skills Loan IQ and OLBB experience. Accessibility testing. Knowledge of Easy Point of Sale systems. Project management certifications such as PMP or Agile.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7–10 years of relevant experience in software development, testing, and project management.
