Our busy and growing podiatric medicine clinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Senior Medical Receptionist to join our team in Grimsby.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous medical reception experience preferred (1–3 years)
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities Include
- Welcoming and assisting patients
- Scheduling appointments and triaging patient inquiries
- Handling insurance claims, WSIB, HCAI, and estimates
- Processing payments and insurance cheques
- Preparing consultation letters and referrals




- Maintaining clinic organization and following office procedures
- Assisting with infection control and sterilization protocols (training provided)
- Learning about our retail operations at Peak Performance Footwear
- Training on orthopaedic footwear and brand training
- Assist with sales and transitions within a retail environment if needed.
- Ordering medical and office supplies
- Supporting a positive patient experience and clinic environment

Additional Information
- CPR, First Aid, and WHMIS training provided
- Key holder responsibilities included
- Some evening shifts required
- Prolonged sitting and time on phones
- (Clinic hours extend until 7:00 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 36.0 per week
