Your Role
As Senior Sales Representative, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes
- Identifying, prospecting, and converting new business opportunities
- Supporting the creation and negotiation of contracts for assigned accounts
- Developing and tracking account plan objectives in accordance with established guidelines
- Establishing, maintaining, and strengthening strategic business relationships with key account stakeholders
- Maintaining and growing revenue through retention, value-added offerings, and business development opportunities
You will do this by:
- Preparing and validating quotes and pricing for target markets
- Educating clients on products and solutions
- Managing the creation and negotiation of contracts for accounts
- Providing the team with detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Developing and managing account plans in line with strategic guidelines
- Using and updating the CRM system
What you bring
You're a natural fit for Senior Sales Representative if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales or account management (packaging industry preferred)
- Demonstrated success in sales, lead generation, and account management
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence within complex organizations
- Customer-centric “hunter” mindset focused on driving new business
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present clear and persuasive solutions
- In-depth market and customer knowledge, acting as an internal subject-matter expert
- Self-starter with a collaborative, creative, and strategic growth mindset
- CRM, SAP, and Excel/PowerPoint skills
- Willingness to travel

Your challenge!
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative’s mission is to increase the company's revenues by implementing his or her group's business plan in terms of sales profitability, growth and account penetration for the region, market and portfolio under his or her responsibility. You stay abreast of changes in customer needs and market opportunities as you execute your sales initiatives and establish and manage the regional accounts action plan. You work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to provide market intelligence, adjust the marketing strategy and update customer profiles and needs data. You also look for opportunities to develop existing and future accounts. Finally, you must build and maintain robust relationships with your customers to ensure excellent customer service and maximize profitability in your sector.
Individual responsibilities
Accountable
Maintain and growing revenues for their accounts
Support contract creation and negotiation for their accounts
Approvide and follow up on account plan goals according to established guidelines
Facilitate integration and ensuring coherent customer approach among Cascades SBUs
Build and develop key relationships at all levels of the account's organization (Procurement, Category Management, Pricing, Technical, Accounting, Quality Control)
Responsible
Validate customer quotation and pricing for all region/market accounts based on margin ranges
Educate and train customers on products and solutions
Manage contract creation and negotiation for regional accounts
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting to team
Develop and managing account plans for regional accounts according to given guidelines (i.e. revenues)
Maintain excellent client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
Use and update the CRM
Manage mostly A and B customers.

Ability to actively participate, together with Account Managers, in key phases of the sales process with prospects
