We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Functional Lead to support a large-scale Salesforce CRM platform for a leading banking client in Canada. The role focuses on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and requires someone who can bridge business requirements with functional and technical delivery teams.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements refinement with business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into Epics, functional requirements, and user stories.
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud best practices.
- Configure Proof of Concepts (POCs) in Salesforce demo environments.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, developers, and technical leads.
- Support integrations with core banking systems, legacy platforms, data warehouses, and data lakes.
- Define acceptance criteria, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and Salesforce automation.




- Support Agile delivery, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment.

? Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Lead.
- 3+ years of experience in the financial/banking industry.
- Solid experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Strong understanding of banking workflows, customer lifecycle, and financial compliance.
- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with core banking systems and data platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile, Jira, Confluence, and DevOps pipelines.
- Ability to work effectively with business, technical, and senior leadership teams.
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field.
