Airport Kia is looking for a Senior Service Advisor to join our service drive in Mississauga. This is a senior seat. You are the customer's main point of contact from the moment they arrive to the moment they pick up their vehicle, and you will run your own lane with very little supervision.

What you will be doing:

- Greeting customers on the drive, listening to the concern and writing an accurate repair order - Presenting maintenance recommendations and declined work honestly, so the customer understands what is needed now and what can wait - Quoting parts and labour, and keeping the customer updated on price and timing before work goes ahead - Working closely with the technicians and the parts counter to keep jobs moving and avoid comebacks - Submitting warranty claims in line with Kia policy and keeping the paperwork clean - Managing your appointments,



loaners and shuttle bookings through the day - Following up after the visit and protecting our CSI scores - Cashiering and closing repair orders accurately What we are looking for:
- At least 3 years as a service advisor in a franchised dealership - Comfortable on a dealer management system. We run PBS, and experience on it is a real advantage - Able to explain technical work in plain language and hold a price without an argument - Organized under pressure on a busy drive - Valid Ontario G licence - Kia or Hyundai experience is an asset, but robust advisors from any brand are welcome What we offer:
