Senior Software Developer – Siebel
Job Title: Senior Software Developer
Client: Enterprise Financial Services Division

Contract: July 20, 2026 – March 31, 2027
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7.25 hours per day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding lunch

Position Overview The Enterprise Financial Services Division is seeking a Senior Software Developer with extensive Siebel development, configuration, integration, and reporting experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating technical systems specifications into working, tested applications and supporting the design, development, integration, testing, implementation, migration, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications.
The role requires deep hands-on experience with Siebel 8.x/IP18, Siebel Open UI, Siebel EIM/EAI, Siebel integration with Adobe AEM and J2EE, OBIEE, Power BI, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS, along with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.
- Develop detailed programming specifications.
- Write and/or generate application code.
- Compile data-driven programs and conduct unit testing.
- Design, code, test, debug, document, deploy, and troubleshoot applications.
- Resolve technical problems arising during software package use and operation.
- Provide technical assistance for implementation, conversion, and migration activities.
- Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Work with functional and technical teams to design, develop, implement, maintain, and support applications.
- Elicit and document information from diverse business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Participate in design walkthroughs with project teams.
- Provide post-implementation technical support and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare user and system documentation as required.
- Analyze, modify, encode, test, and debug product installation scripts.
- Apply structured methodologies for application development, design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Support application deployment and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to technical quality assurance and provide technical leadership when required.

- 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration, design, development, and integration.
- 5+ years of experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and related technologies.
- 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
- 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18, with a focus on configuration and development.
