Introduction

Seeking a senior-level governance and business continuity professional to support enterprise technology compliance, risk management, and business continuity planning initiatives across a large banking workplace.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8 years of technology risk, governance, compliance, or BCP experience.
- Financial services experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading enterprise BCP programs.
- Experience working with senior executives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Banking experience.
- Prior work experience in the client's industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications





- Audit background.
- Disaster Recovery experience.
- CBCP, CISA, CRISC, or similar certifications.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Business Continuity Planning activities.
- Partner with technology and operations teams.
- Drive continuity testing and exercises.
- Manage governance and compliance requirements.
- Support audits and regulatory reviews.
- Provide executive reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Lead issue remediation activities.
- Mentor junior team members.
