Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Squirrel , ensuring timely delivery
- Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Ensure all food industry safety protocols are followed, including proper sanitation and cleanliness
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding expectations

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong customer service skills




- Familiarity with Clover and Squirrel, for efficient order processing and cashiering
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices within the food industry
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, change handling, and order calculations
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen support is a plus for team versatility
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and upselling techniques
