We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly as per recipes and safety standards
- Ensure proper food handling, food safety, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times
- Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and process payments efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly




- Demonstrate excellent time management to handle multiple tables or bar patrons simultaneously
- Uphold high standards of customer service by engaging with guests positively and professionally
- Follow all food industry regulations regarding alcohol service, food safety, and responsible beverage service

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; experience as a bartender or server highly valued
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and change calculation
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in bartending or serving roles demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and teamwork
