Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and accurately pack takeout/delivery orders
- Handle cash and card transactions at the register
- Answer phone calls and take phone orders
- Provide friendly, attentive service to dine-in customers
- Assist with general front-of-house duties as needed
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high-quality service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable handling money and using a POS system
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
