Job Overview

We’re looking for enthusiastic, service-driven Servers to join our team. In this role, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences by delivering top-notch food and beverage service in a high-energy setting that includes live shows, social events, Holiday Fun, and lively weekends. If you love being part of a social atmosphere and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is the spot for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders promptly with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues proactively
- Handle payments and process transactions with accuracy
- Keep the dining, bar, and entertainment areas clean and guest-ready
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Assist with table setup, bussing, and closing duties
- Stay informed about menu items, daily specials, events, and live music nights




- Uphold Palasad’s high standards of service, safety, and hospitality

What We’re Looking For

- Previous serving or hospitality experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, energetic venue
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays – especially during live events)
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Ontario
- Valid Smart Serve certification required
