Job Overview

Purpose:

The Server is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to ensure every guest has an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests promptly and make them feel welcome.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Enter orders into the POS system correctly.
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner.
- Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to their needs.
- Process payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized section.
- Follow all restaurant policies, food safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Work as a team with kitchen, bar, hosts, and fellow servers.
- Complete opening, side work, and closing duties.

- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Smart Serve certification (required where applicable).
