Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient food and beverage delivery, and attentive hospitality. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a positive attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation regulations.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent guest services skills by engaging with customers professionally, managing multiple tables effectively through time management skills, and providing a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
