Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced & reliable Servers who can handle a fast-paced floor while delivering friendly, efficient service. The ideal candidates are organized, attentive, & able to manage multiple tables without sacrificing guest experience.
Responsibilities:
· Provide prompt, professional, & friendly service to all guests
· Take accurate food & beverage orders & enter into POS system
· Deliver food & drinks efficiently & check back with guests
· Maintain cleanliness & organization of tables & service areas
· Handle cash & card payments accurately
· Work closely with kitchen & bar to ensure smooth service flow
· Upsell menu items & promote features
Requirements:
· Previous serving experience preferred (high-volume breakfast experience an asset)
· Previous digital POS experience a huge asset. (TOAST, Lightspeed, TouchBistro etc).
· Previous bartending or bar experience is an asset
· Strong communication & multitasking skills
· Dependable & punctual
· Ability to stay calm under pressure
· Valid ‘Serving It Right’ certification (required)
