Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of mechanical knowledge to effectively assist our clients with their automotive needs. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service while also identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.

Duties

- Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assess customer needs and provide recommendations for services based on their vehicle's condition.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including cash handling.
- Upsell additional services and products that may benefit the customer’s vehicle performance.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery and communicate updates to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a courteous manner.




- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle issues and communicate effectively with customers.
- Excellent upselling skills with the ability to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Proficient in cash handling and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
