AgWest Ltd. is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our Yorkton team.
This role combines Service Advisor, administrative, warranty, and parts support responsibilities, providing support to both the Yorkton and Weyburn locations. The successful candidate will help keep work orders, warranty claims, invoicing, documentation, and Parts requirements moving efficiently while providing backup coverage for both Parts departments.
Key Responsibilities
Service Advisor &
- Customer Support
- Respond to customer and internal service inquiries by phone, email, text, and in person.
- Open and maintain work orders, ensuring accurate customer, unit, complaint, and job information.
- Schedule technicians and coordinate job priorities and requirements.
- Prepare service quotes and communicate job status, expectations, and updates.
- Coordinate parts requirements and communicate availability to technicians.
- Review completed work, address customer concerns, and ensure work orders are closed accurately and promptly.
- Support productivity and established Service KPIs.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, as required.
- Maintain accurate records, logbooks, time entries, and required documentation.
- Coordinate traffic, loaner, and related paperwork.
- Work collaboratively with Service, Parts, Sales, and other departments.
Administration &
- Warranty
- Process and submit approved OEM warranty claims and follow up on pending or rejected claims.
- Track warranty documentation and coordinate warranty parts returns.
- Enter and process POs, invoices, credits, and approved credit-card expenses.
- Follow up on missing documentation,
receipts, invoices, and other administrative items.
- Complete work-order corrections, document uploads, filing, and general administrative tasks.
- Assist with PSP administration, till/deposit paperwork, and Yorkton bank runs.
- Coordinate required administrative paperwork for Weyburn.
Parts Support
- Provide general support for Parts requirements in Yorkton and Weyburn.
- Assist with parts identification, availability, and coordination for upcoming jobs.
- Provide backup coverage for both Parts departments during vacation, illness, or other absences.
- Assist with routine Parts department duties within the scope of training provided.
- Maintain accurate records, logbooks, time entries, and required documentation.
- Coordinate traffic, loaner, and related paperwork.
- Work collaboratively with Service, Parts, Sales, and other departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications &
- Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, parts, service coordination, or a related role.
- Agricultural, automotive, heavy equipment, or dealership experience is an asset.
- Experience with work orders, warranty claims, invoicing, or Parts is an asset.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Working Conditions
- Full-time, office-based position in Yorkton, SK, supporting Yorkton and Weyburn.
- Regular interaction with customers, technicians, Parts employees, and internal teams.
- Extended periods of computer and office work.
- Minimal travel between Yorkton and Weyburn may be required.
- Occasional bank runs and local errands.
- Overtime may be required during busy periods.
- Rotating on-call participation, as required.
