Summary
We are hiring a Service Coordinator to manage scheduling, service coordination, and daily operations for our service team. This role is critical to keeping our technicians productive, workflows efficient, and customers fully supported. Ideal for candidates with experience in service coordination, scheduling, or field service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate service technicians (daily routing & optimization)
- Manage incoming service calls, emails, and requests
- Coordinate emergency service and preventative maintenance schedules
- Create and manage work orders from open to close
- Prepare and follow up on service quotes and approvals
- Review technician field recommendations to order required parts, coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Communicate with customers, technicians, and internal teams
- Track job progress and maintain accurate system updates
- Support service team with administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain accurate records of customer equipment within the CRM/ERP system.
- Perform other service coordinator duties as required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a service coordinator or scheduling role
- Experience in compressed air, HVAC, mechanical, industrial, or construction service preferred
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with CRM or service software is an asset
- Ability to prioritize urgent service calls and manage technician schedules
