We are looking for an Serive Desk Anlyst to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare, configure, and deploy Windows 11 laptops in accordance with Microsoft Managed Desktop (MMD) standards, including Autopilot enrollment and configuration profile deployment.
- Install, configure, and validate laptops, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals at users’ workstations or designated staging locations.
- Perform user data migration activities, including backing up and transferring user profiles, settings, and data from legacy devices using approved tools and procedures.




- Maintain accurate asset inventory information in ServiceNow, including device assignments, status updates, and lifecycle-related information.
- Provide onsite and remote deployment support, including user onboarding, login assistance, issue resolution, and Level 1 technical troubleshooting.
- Decommission legacy devices by securely wiping data, updating asset inventory records, and preparing hardware for disposal or reassignment.
- Verify device compliance with organizational security, patching, encryption, and configuration requirements before and after deployment activities.
- Perform any other related duties and produce required deliverables as needed.

Qualifications

- University degree, college diploma, or recognized certification in Information Technology (IT) from an accredited institution;
- Minimum of four (4) years of proven experience delivering IT support services in an enterprise setting;
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in workstation refresh projects, device deployment initiatives, or hardware lifecycle management;
- Proven experience deploying, provisioning, configuring, and supporting Windows 10 and/or Windows 11 laptops in an enterprise environment;
- Proven experience performing device refresh activities, including user data migration, hardware replacement, workstation setup, and device configuration;




- Proven experience managing IT asset inventories and lifecycle information, as well as providing end-user support and troubleshooting laptops, docking stations, and peripherals during deployment activities;
- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune for device deployment, provisioning, configuration, and management;
- Proven experience with Microsoft SCCM (Configuration Manager) for operating system deployment, software deployment, and device management;
- Proven experience with ServiceNow for IT asset management, inventory tracking, and device lifecycle management;
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 imaging, provisioning, and device configuration, configuration profiles, and endpoint management;
- Knowledge of device compliance, security policies, patch management, and endpoint protection in an enterprise environment;
