The successful candidate will leverage eight or more years of expertise to assess infrastructure and define technical standards. This role emphasizes CMDB architecture, integration with security tools, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities: • Assess infrastructure and existing data sources • Define CMDB architecture and governance frameworks • Architect ServiceNow Discovery and credential-management solutions • Lead Service Mapping and define infrastructure relationships • Design integrations with security tools and platforms
Requirements: • 8+ years in ServiceNow architecture and leadership • Hands-on with CMDB, CSDM, and Service Mapping • Advanced knowledge of CI relationships and governance • Active Government of Canada Secret clearance • Ability to work onsite in Ottawa five days a week
