Development of production processes, work planning, estimating, measuring and scheduling

Report To: Plant Manager

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, ability to distinguish between colours

Responsibilities Included:

- Follow instructions to set up molds and equipment, and then do that independently
- Prepare production and other reports
- Practice continuous safety
- Use correct tools to perform job




- Getting packaging elements ready on time
- Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in machinery
- Responsible for maintaining all the equipment in the best condition possible, by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, and replacing parts to keep machine(s) / tool(s) in good working order
- Responsible for training new employees, as required.
- Experience in various engineering resins
- Works well in a team environment as well as independently
- Able to work all three shifts
- Other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
