Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and high-energy Shift Lead to join our team! In this role, you will play a hands-on part in day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality standards, and assisting with team coordination during your shifts. Core Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily front-of-house operations and point-of-sale customer service during assigned shifts.
- Assist with opening or closing cash procedures, maintaining accurate drawer balances.
- Guide and support team members on shift to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Monitor product freshness, inventory levels, and food safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming,



and organized storefront for mall guests.

What We Are Looking For:

- Proven experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, quick-service food, or hospitality preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or specific mall shift times.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 36.0 per week
