About the Role:

Are you the kind of person who notices when a bike isn’t lined up just right? Do you take pride in a showroom that shines? We’re looking for a Showroom Champion — someone who leads the charge in keeping our bikes clean, our floors spotless, and our dealership looking dialed in, day in and day out.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who’s proactive, detail-driven, and thrives in a dealership environment. You’ll work with all departments — Sales, Service, Motorclothes, and Parts — to make sure every square foot of our space reflects the Barnes Harley-Davidson standard.

Job Responsibilities

Main Entrance/Showroom:

- Dust/Sweep/Mop all hard surface floors.
- Empty all recycling/ garbage trash cans to designated area.
- Spot free clean all glass partitions/glass windows.
- Clean/disinfect all telephones/counter space/desks thoroughly.
- Sanitize and disinfect high touch points such as doorknobs and light switches.
- Clean, wipe & sanitize all cleared tables, counter tops, desks, computers.
- Spot-clean all furniture, fixture, equipment and or accessories.
- Low Dust all chair and legs, baseboards, moldings, ledges, and other low reach areas (Weekly).
- Sanitize all waiting area chairs
- Dust all slightly above normal to reach areas including sills, ledges, moldings, shelves, door frames, vents. (Weekly).
- Pay attention to corners and edges where debris and moisture tend to accumulate.
- Deep Clean underneath fixtures (Monthly).

Service Area:

- Dusting and wiping down tools, service desks, and other surfaces.
- Vacuuming or mopping floors (depending on flooring type).
- Cleaning windows and removing any visible marks or dirt from walls.
- Emptying trash bins and replacing liners.
- Spot cleaning of spills or stains on carpets or floors.
- Surface cleaning and disinfecting of countertops.
- Sanitizing light switches, door handles, and other high-touch surfaces.
- Low Dust all chair and legs, baseboards, moldings, ledges, and other low reach areas (Weekly).

Hallways, Staircases, and Common Areas:

- Sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming floors.
- Wiping down railings, handrails, and walls.
- Emptying trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal.

Lunchroom/Kitchen Lounge:

Daily:

- Sweep/Mop/Vacuum all hard surface floors (Inc. walk-off mats).




- Sanitize and disinfect high touch points such as doorknobs and light switches.
- Empty all recycling/ garbage trash cans to designated area.
- Clean, wipe & sanitize all tables, chairs, counter tops.
- Spot clean kitchen cabinets ensure smudge and stain free.
- Wipe & Spot Clean interior/exteriors of appliances/small appliances e.g. (coffee machines, water coolers, ovens).
- Refill dispensers including soap, paper towels, gloves, etc.
- Deep Clean Disinfect clean fridges (Monthly)
- Dusting all slightly above normal to reach areas including sills, ledges, moldings, shelves, door frames, vents (Weekly).
- Low Dust all chair and legs, baseboards, moldings, ledges, and other low reach areas (Weekly).
- Clean and sanitize all sinks/fixtures and wipe dry.

Clean Microwaves inside and out (Weekly)

Individual Offices:

- Sweep/Mop all hard surface floors with (Inc. all-walk off mats).
- Dust and spot clean disinfect and wipe down all cleared desks.
- Empty all recycling/ garbage trash cans to designated area.
- Sanitize and disinfect high touch points such as doorknobs and light switches.
- Clean/disinfect all telephones/computer screens/desk.
- Wipe and dust inside ledges/window ledges.
- Spot clean Remove marks on all walls.
- Lock and close doors if locked and closed upon arrival. If the door is left open, keep the door open.
- Spot free clean all glass partitions/glass windows.
- Low Dusting all chair and legs, baseboards, moldings, ledges, and other low reach areas (Weekly).

Washrooms:

Daily:

- Sanitize and disinfect high touch points such as doorknobs and light switches.
- Sweep Disinfect & damp mop entire area(s) using germicidal cleaner.
- Wipe down and disinfect all countertops, sinks & all fixtures.
- Wipe down all washroom mirrors.
- Empty all recycling/ garbage trash cans to designated area.
- Clean and disinfect all toilets/urinals.
- Refill & replenish dispensers including soap, toilet paper, and paper towel.
- Fully Wipe down & maintain clean partitions.
- Remove any marks on all walls/partitions.
- Removal of any odor in the environment.

Wages: $40,000 - $50,000/year! Shifts: Tuesday - Saturday
