ICON is expecting to open 10 Site Activation Partner 1 positions within the next week and will start interviewing immediately. This is a full time, direct hire, full benefits, fully remote position with pay up to $79,000 Canadian.

Candidates must demonstrate the following:

- Dedicated SSU Specialist experience Owns SSU activities end‑to‑end (not partial support)
- Proven site activation experience from start to finish, with direct accountability for activating sites.
- Regulatory document review and collection experience Direct involvement in SSU‑related regulatory work
- Site activation experience from start to finish Accountability for activating sites, not administrative assistance only
- North America SSU experience Clear support of both US and/or Canada (NAM experience required)
- Recent clinical research industry experience
- CRO experience Vendor-side SSU ownership strongly favored
- Strong experience reviewing,



collecting, and managing regulatory documents related to site start-up.

Qualifications and experience

- 2+ years of concentrated Site Activation experience at a CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology company
- Bachelor's degree
- Located anywhere in Canada
- Must be a specialist in this area such as a: Site Start-Up Specialist - Site Activation Specialist - Site Activation Lead - SSU Associate - Regulatory & Start-Up Specialist or other Start Up/Activation titles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace.
