Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control efforts across our construction sites. This vital role involves ensuring that all construction activities meet rigorous quality standards, adhere to safety protocols, and comply with project specifications. As a key player in maintaining excellence, you will oversee inspection processes, analyze data for continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with project teams to deliver outstanding results.

This position starts asap and will last 12-16 weeks, with potential for more work as the job wraps.

Duties

- Lead comprehensive construction inspections to verify adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Develop and implement robust quality control procedures and inspection plans tailored to each project phase.
- Conduct detailed data collection on construction processes, materials, and workmanship to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze inspection findings and quality metrics to inform corrective actions and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors,



and suppliers to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions for audit readiness.
- Monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction inspection, quality control, or related roles within the construction industry.
- Solid analysis skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and documenting findings clearly.
- Ability to perform detailed construction inspections and oversee quality control measures on-site.
- Microsoft Excel and word experience

Pay: $1,521.00-$1,936.00 per week
