Calscapes Inc is seeking experienced Skid Steering Operators for the snow removal season to join our team!

Looking for reliable, motivated, hard workers who are safety orientated.

JOB DUTIES:

- Operate skid steers and loaders to clear snow from commercial properties
- Perform snow removal efficiently while maintaining safe equipment operation
- Assist with manual snow removal as required
- Monitor ice conditions and apply appropriate ice control materials
- Work long shifts during heavy snowfall events
- Work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Perform duties in extreme winter weather conditions
- Demonstrate robust time management skills and take pride in quality workmanship

Desired Qualifications:





- Strong customer service skills
- Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Experience driving trucks and towing trailers is an asset
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract, and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of the city is an asset
- Be able to get to the office
